 The use of the decompressor should be performed as follows:

 (1) the action must be slow when the oxygen cylinder is released or the
pressure reducer is opened.
 If the valve opening speed too fast, working pressure reducer parts of
the gas temperature because of adiabatic compression, and greatly
improved, so has the potential to parts made of organic materials such
as rubber filler, rubber film fiber liner fire burn out, and can make the pressure
reducer completely burn out.In addition, due to the excessive discharge of the
electrostatic spark and the pressure reducer, such as oil pollution, also can cause
ignition to burn the decompressor parts.

 (2) precautions before installation and opening of the cylinder valve: before
installing the pressure reducer, use the valve door to blow out the dirt to prevent
dust and moisture from being brought into the pressure reducer.
 When opening the cylinder valve, the valve outlet must not be aimed at the
operator or other person, in case the high pressure gas suddenly burst out of
the person.
 The outlet of the pressure reducer must be tightened with a wire or clamp that
is overfired.
 It is dangerous to take off after air supply.

 (3) matters needing attention during the loading and unloading of the decompressor
and the handling of the decompressor must be paid attention to prevent the thread
of the pipe joint from slipping, so as to prevent the slipping of the screw.
 It is necessary to observe the pressure value of the work pressure gauge during the
working process.When stopping work, loosen the pressure screw of the decompressor,
then close the oxygen cylinder valve, and slowly release the gas in the pressure reducer
so that the spring and pressure relief valve can be protected from damage.

 (4) the pressure reducer must be fixed regularly, and the pressure gauge must be
inspected regularly.This is done to ensure the reliability of the pressure adjustment
and the accuracy of the pressure gauge reading.In the use of such as the detection
of air leakage, pressure, pressure, and so on, should be repaired in time.

 (5) treatment of decompressor freezing.In the process of use, the pressure reducer
is frozen, thawed with hot water or steam, and must not be roasted with flame or
red iron.
 When the pressure reducer is heated, the residual moisture must be blown off.

 (6) the reducer must be kept clean.The pressure reducer should not be contaminated
with grease or dirt. 

 (7) all kinds of gas pressure reducers and pressure gauges should not be replaced.
For example, the decompresser used for oxygen cannot be used in acetylene, LPG
and other systems.
