(D) Slower progress in brand building due to the company's long-term “hard” light “soft”, heavy capacity expansion, and accumulation of light and soft power, resulting in core technology, leading products, management capabilities, marketing capabilities, financing capabilities, system integration The brand building supported by soft power, such as ability, corporate governance, and corporate culture, has progressed slowly. To date, there is not yet one brand that can be called in the world. In the way of doing product → doing sales → doing marketing → doing brand development, most companies are still in the stage of sales, and the dominant enterprises are just entering the stage of doing marketing.

(5) The product structure is not reasonable due to the low barriers to entry and the lack of exit mechanisms. A large number of small enterprises that do not reach the economic scale, lack of technical support, or even small workshops, use low-cost strategies to crowd out the ordinary bearing market, making large scale Companies are also engulfed in prices and have caused homogenized vicious competition in the low-end market at home and abroad.

Since the bearing accuracy and performance can meet or approach the requirements of the host user, the stability and consistency are not enough, and the life and reliability have a large gap or have not been verified, so the domestically produced bearings in the following areas have not yet been approved by the user, and all or none Most rely on imports: high-speed EMU bearings, wind turbine drive system bearings, imported high-speed, high-precision bearings supporting the metallurgical mill, large construction machinery including the shield machine, bearings, high-speed high-precision CNC machine tool bearings and electricity Spindles, new urban rail bearings, etc.
