0 Overview
   The location of the Heze Campus of Qilu University of Technology is located in the north of Beiwaihuan of Heze City, east of the planned Botanical Garden, west of planned Mudan Road and south of the East Ridong Expressway. The total planned land area is 1,435 mu, of which the project covers an area of ​​1,204 mu, with a total construction area of ​​470,000 square meters and a total investment of 2.4 billion yuan. The project will be completed in two phases. The first phase will consist of 6,000 students and 568 acres of land. The second phase will reach 15,000 people. All projects will be completed by the end of 2018.
This project undertakes its power management system for power distribution and distribution, including a 35/10kV substation, four 10/0.4kV substations, and a monitoring host located in the 35/10kV main station monitoring room.

2 system solutions

3) Field device layer
   The field device layer is a data collection terminal, which is mainly composed of smart power meters. The smart device is connected to the serial port server through a shielded twisted pair RS485 interface using a Modbus communication protocol bus type, and the communication server reaches the power distribution room monitoring host for networking. The smart device is connected on-site to indicate that the on-site device is connected in a hand-in-hand manner through a shielded twisted pair (RVSP2*1.0). 3 system function
   The real-time monitoring system diagram of the power distribution system is the main monitoring screen, which mainly monitors the running status of all loops of the power distribution system in real time. 4 Conclusion
