Beauty equipment safety problems

At present, most of the domestic beauty equipment manufacturers are small, and beauty equipment products are also mixed. In addition, at present, there are no relevant standards for beauty equipment in China, resulting in a more confusing cosmetic equipment market. Some beauty equipments like to engage in gimmicks, but they are unwilling to expend energy on the level of technology and safety, resulting in low product quality.

According to the relevant regulations, beauty salons cannot use medical equipment and only use beauty equipment, including instruments that are in close contact with the skin and non-contact instruments. Some light and fumigating non-contact instruments do not come in contact with human skin and therefore do not suffer from electrical shock. The devices that need to be in close contact with the skin, such as breast enhancement devices, weight loss devices, and wrinkle removal devices, may have the risk of electrical shock.

Some standardized large beauty salons use imported equipment, which is relatively safe. However, some small salons will purchase equipment that does not meet safety standards or even be eliminated to solve the cost. Especially in some small beauty salons that are not qualified, the safety of their beauty equipment cannot be guaranteed. Many beauty salons do not pay enough attention to the safety of beauty equipment, and they have not done a good job of preventing electricity leakage, leading to safety accidents.
