Bismuth oxide

Niobium and oxygen can form a series of oxides, including Sb 2 O 3 , Sb 2 O 4 , Sb 2 O 5 , Sb 6 O 13 , Sb 2 O and gaseous SbO, but only the first three have industrial significance. The other oxides are mostly transition products in different production processes. The physical and chemical properties of cerium oxide are listed in the following table.

Antimony trioxide

Sb 2 O 3

It is a white powder at normal temperature, yellow when heated, and has two crystal systems of cubic and orthorhombic, and the temperature at which the cube is converted to the orthorhombic is 570 °C. The cubic system is composed of Sb 4 O 6 molecular composition, the density is 5.28g∕cm 3 , the orthorhombic crystal is 5.67g∕cm 3 , the melting point is 656°C, the heat of evaporation is 36.33~37.29kJ∕mol, and the boiling point is 1327°C according to different data. 1435 ° C;

The relationship between vapor pressure (Pa) and temperature is:

Cubic crystal form Sb 2 O 3 lgp=14.320~10357∕T

Orthorhombic crystal form Sb 2 O 3 lgp=13.433~9625∕T

Liquid Sb 2 O 3 lgp=7.443-3900/T

Antimony or antimony sulfide volatilized out by heating in air the Sb 2 O 3, mostly cubic system; generated by hydrolysis of SbCl 3 Sb 2 O 3 is rhombic. Sb 2 O 3 is an amphoteric oxide with a solubility in water of only 0.01 g ∕L, and is also insoluble in dilute sulfuric acid and dilute nitric acid, which can be oxidized to a high valence oxide. Soluble form thio antimonite alkaline metal sulfides, can completely dissolve

Tartaric acid, if dissolved in potassium tartrate, forms bismuth potassium tartrate, which is a tartar. Sb 2 O 3 is easily reduced to metal by C or CO

Antimony tetraoxide

Sb 2 O 4

The white crystal belongs to the cubic crystal system, and the density is 6.59~7.5g∕cm 3 , and the heat is generated -895.811kJ∕mol

It has the characteristics of non-melting and non-volatile. When the optimum temperature is 500-900 ° C, the dissociation starts at over 900 ° C, and the dissociation can be completely dissociated at 1030 ° C. Slightly soluble in water, soluble in hydrochloric acid, insoluble in other acids, but soluble in alkaline solution. The molecular formula can be written as SbO 2 , and its composition can be considered as a mixed crystal of Sb 2 O 3 and Sb 2 O 5 .

Antimony pentoxide

Sb 2 O 5

a brownish yellow powder with a molecular formula of Sb 2 O 5 ·nH 2 O, approximately equivalent to Sb 2 O 5 ·3.5H 2 O, which can be obtained by hydrolysis of SbCl 4 and heated to 700 ° C to become a white powder.

It is generally considered to be a colloid of hydrate, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in nitric acid, soluble in alkaline solution.

EPDM Foam Sheet

Classified by foaming density
Low density EPDM foam board: lightweight, good flexibility, suitable for occasions with strict weight restrictions and buffering needs, such as packaging materials for some precision instruments.
Medium density EPDM foam board: achieves a good balance between flexibility and strength, and is commonly used in conventional application scenarios such as insulation and sound insulation in the construction industry.
High density EPDM foam board: With high strength and the ability to withstand certain pressures, it is suitable as a shock-absorbing and sealing material for industrial equipment.
Classified by purpose
EPDM foam board for construction: used for external wall insulation, roof insulation, waterproofing, etc., which can effectively improve the energy-saving effect and comfort of buildings.
EPDM foam board for automobiles: It can be used in automobile manufacturing for door sealing, interior sound insulation, seat cushioning, and other components to enhance the comfort and safety of automobiles.
EPDM foam board for industrial use: suitable for shock absorption, noise reduction, sealing and other aspects of industrial equipment, such as sealing materials for pipeline interfaces and shock absorbers for large machinery.
Open cell EPDM foam:
High temperature resistance up to 120 ℃, long-term use without cracking, service life up to 7-10 years, excellent aging resistance.
Products that meet customer needs can be produced through processes such as slitting, adhesive backing, and die-cutting.
Widely used in industries such as mechanical equipment, automobiles, air conditioning, electronics, construction, instrumentation, aviation, small appliances, etc., as sealing gaskets, cushioning pads, soundproofing pads, soundproofing strips, seismic barriers, etc.
Closed cell EPDM foam:
It has good insulation, heat insulation, buffering, shock absorption, sound absorption, sound insulation, sealing, flame retardant and other characteristics.
Ethylene propylene rubber products can be used at -40~120 ℃.
Applied in sealing, automotive components, waterproof materials for construction, wire and cable sheaths, heat-resistant rubber hoses, tapes, and other fields.
The choice of open cell or closed cell EPDM foam board depends on specific application requirements. For example, if the material needs to have slow rebound, low pressure change, acid and alkali resistance, UV resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, and a long service life, then choosing open cell EPDM EPDM open cell rubber sponge is suitable. On the contrary, for occasions with lower requirements for service life, high temperature resistance, and UV resistance, closed cell EPDM foam can be chosen.
