China's first full-surface hard rock rapid boring machine for mines, “Shenzhen-Chongqing No. 1”, arrived today and is currently undergoing installation and commissioning at the Songzao Mine Machinery Factory workshop in Datong Town Industrial Park, Qujiang District. This marks that the Chongqing Energy Group mine full-face hard rock excavation production process has entered the intelligent stage.

All along, the Chongqing Energy Group's full-section hard rock excavation adopts the blasting and excavation production process. The heading surface of one excavation is approximately 110 meters to 150 meters in one month, which is inefficient and costly.

In order to solve the difficult problems and boost the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, this year Chongqing Energy Group and Liaoning Tiefa Energy Co., Ltd. jointly developed a full-surface hard rock tunneling machine.

It is reported that "ShenDong ChongQing No. 1" focuses on the high-hard rock design of high-gas coal mines in the southwest region and successfully integrates advanced technologies such as engineering TBM, coal mine explosion-proof, and automatic measurement, and has the characteristics of remote control and automatic fault alarming. Shaped roadways are quickly excavated in a single lane and digging anchors.

“The equipment has greatly improved the efficiency of excavation.” A related person from the Songzao Company stated that during the excavation process, the monthly schedule of its design is 500 meters, which is 3-5 times that of the traditional excavation method. (Yang Yongqin Hu Mingjun)
