In accordance with the installation layout provided by the manufacturer and the specific conditions of feeding, discharging, etc., the equipment installation layout shall be designed separately, and the civil engineering shall be used for the basic design of the crusher. The crusher installation should be performed after the reinforced concrete foundation has been dried. The installation method is as follows:

(1) During installation, firstly check the position of each reserved hole on the foundation, and whether the installation height is consistent with the installation layout. After the inspection, the crusher and the motor are installed on the foundation and aligned with the pre-pulled center. Line, at the bottom of the pad with the shape of the initial adjustment to meet the technical requirements of the installation, and tighten the foot nut, then the second basic watering work. (2) After the concrete foundation to be poured for the second time has been solidified, finely adjust the crusher so that it meets the technical requirements for installation, tighten the foot nuts of the crusher, and fine tune the motor to meet the installation technology. (3) After the installation is completed, turn the flywheel by hand. The spindle must be flexible and light. In case of death, it must be re-adjusted until it meets the requirements.
