Zhanghai 502KH well is located in Zhangjuhe Village, Huangpi City, Hebei Province. The designed well depth is 5246 meters. The drilling depth is 5387 meters, the horizontal displacement is 4218.56 meters, and the horizontal well section is 602 meters long. The well began to drill sideways from 3454 meters in Zhanghai 502 well on December 26, 2005. The well was successfully delivered on February 5, with an average monthly drilling speed of 942.68 meters per month and a mechanical drilling rate of 7.03 meters per hour. .
