First, prepare before driving:

Second, drive operation:

1. First, 300-400kg of holland blue powder is pumped into a conical mixer through a flour mill;

2. When mixing is started after indigo powder is pumped in, the main body of the cone mixer is opened first, and then the auxiliary machine is started. Each batch of feeding amount does not exceed the rated high limit bit line;

3, pumping material immediately notify the pump room can stop the vacuum pump. When mixing for 1-1.5 hours, stop the auxiliary machine, notify sampling, and do packaging analysis after qualified content analysis.

Third, the daily maintenance of the mixer:

1, the machine bearing and gear life, generally 2-3 years.

2. The lubrication of the cycloid reducer needs to check the oil level regularly. The normal oil level is at 1/2-2/3. The new equipment should be changed once after 50 hours at full load.

3, check the lubricant once every class, if lack of oil in time to make up.

4. The gear oil and grease of the main transmission case, distribution box and transmission head part must be checked once every six months. Add or replace gear oil and grease as appropriate.

5, screw shaft bottom bearing operation after 500 hours washable once (new machine running after 100 hours washable once), when dismantled, if found damaged should be promptly replaced. Should strictly check the bearing and grease conditions.

6. When the equipment is in operation, hands, feet and objects must not protrude into the cone to prevent accidents. When the upper part is sampled, it is necessary to stop first. If it is found that hard foreign matter has entered the machine, it should be stopped in time and discharged before driving.

7. When the discharge valve is difficult to rotate, the gap can be properly adjusted to avoid leakage of powder.

8, the top of the bottom adjustment should not be too tight, with no obvious shaking at the lower end of the lever, adjust the locking nut after adjustment.

9. When loading, it should be controlled below the rated high limit bit line. Do not overload operation to prevent damage to the parts. It is forbidden to stop discharging, or start full load.
