This machine is the third-generation patented product of our company, which had received the award of national patent certificatn in 2001. Besides, the traditional Chinese Medicine automatic production line, which relies mainly on Model 17B and 17BZ, had received special support funds from the state, provincial and municipal technology ministries for many times.
It is equipped with mixing machine, refining-drug? machine, microwave sterilization & drying machine, elevator, screening machine and coating machine. It can achieve low-cost & high-efficiency production, thus it will decrease work force and reduce transportation sectors and pollution times. At the present, there are almost 300 pharmaceutical factories which had chosen and used our companys whole sets of production lines and given high opinions.

Based on the original virtues and characteristics of series Model YUJ, it is changed from strip machine drive to direct drive type. Its purpose aims at those high-viscosity and high-hard medicinal material of some special corporations so as to make the machine work stably.

Wear-resisting steel plate is composed of low Carbon Steel Plate and alloy wear-resisting layer. When working, the matrix provides comprehensive properties such as strength, toughness and plasticity of resisting external forces, and the alloy wear-resistant layer provides wear-resistant properties that meet the requirements of specified working conditions.
Wear-resisting steel alloy wear-resisting layer and base plate are metallurgical combination. By means of special equipment and automatic welding process, the high-hardness self-protecting alloy wire is uniformly welded on the substrate, and the composite layers are one to two or even more. In the composite process, due to the different shrinkage ratio of the alloy, uniform transverse cracks appear, which is a significant feature of the wear-resistant steel plate.
