The working diagram of the convection-impact jet mill (KJ) type is shown in Fig. 54; the raw material is fed by the screw feeder 1, and the air flow is fed by the nozzle 3 to form a high-speed impact and grinding of the material in the crushing zone; The pulverized raw material is classified by the airflow belt up to the rotor classifier 4 which is rotated at a high speed; the fine product is taken out by the airflow, and the coarse particles are returned to the pulverizing zone and then pulverized. When the material is difficult to be ground by the collision airflow, the impact plate 5 can be installed to increase the secondary pulverization of the material. This equipment can be used to process toners, dyes, pigments, organic chemicals, ceramic materials, food fillers, coffee beans, synthetic resins, rubber, talc , graphite, and the like.
