Hematite

The crystalline hematite appearance is steel grey or iron black. Generally, hematite is easier to reduce and break than magnetite.
The mined iron ore produced is 40%~60% iron, and the iron content is more than 52%~54%; the fine ore with particle size less than 5~8mm is used as sintering raw material. If the iron content is less than 52% or contains harmful impurities, it must be subjected to beneficiation treatment, generally by re-election method, magnetization roasting-magnetic separation method, flotation method or joint process industry to obtain high-grade hematite concentrate as Ball raw material.
