This new type of equipment was developed by the Zhengzhou Institute of Mineral Resources Comprehensive Utilization of the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences (hereinafter referred to as Zhengzhou Minerals Institute) in recent years.
Sorting principle of magnetic field screening machine: The biggest difference between the sorting principle of magnetic field screening machine and the traditional magnetic separator is not directly attracted by magnetic field, but the use of monomer in weak uniform magnetic field which is several times lower than magnetic separator The magnetic difference between iron minerals and continuum minerals makes the magnetite minerals achieve a kind of agglomeration, which increases the size difference and density difference with the continuum, and then uses the special sieve installed in the magnetic field. The maximum ore size of the ore is many times larger, so that the magnetite forms a chain-like magnetic aggregate on the sieve and rolls down the sieve surface into the concentrate tank; while the gangue and the continuous ore body are weak in magnetic properties, and exist in a dispersed state. It is easy to pass through the sieve hole and enter the mine. Therefore, the magnetic field screening machine can separate the open gangue and the continuous body more effectively than the magnetic separator, so that the concentrate grade is further improved. At the same time, it has a wide adaptability to the grain size of the ore. As long as it is a dissociated magnetite monomer, it can be recovered from the concentrate, and only need to re-select the continuous body that affects the quality of the concentrate, unlike the traditional The fine screening process can only be a concentrate if it is sieved. Therefore, the magnetic field screening machine can not only improve the concentrate grade, but also reduce the overgrinding, coarse grinding fineness and increase the production capacity.
Magnetic field screening machine structure: The equipment consists of three parts: the ore feeding device, the sorting device, the storage and discharge device. 1 feeding device. It consists of sub-mines, sub-mines and other components; 2 sorting device. It consists of magnetic system, sorting screen and auxiliary components; 3 storage and discharge equipment. It consists of a spiral discharge machine, a medium mine, a concentrate ore and a valve. The sorting of the magnetic field screening machine includes four processes of feeding, sorting, separating and discharging. After the material is distributed to the two feeding cylinders in the upper part of the equipment, the feeding cylinder is secondarily distributed to the ore head installed at the sieve end, and the material is uniformly fed into the equipment and arranged inside the equipment. In the special sieve; each sieve is separately sorted to obtain two products of concentrate and medium ore, and then the concentrate and the middle mine are separated and then concentrated into the special concentrate and medium mine area under the equipment, and then the tank is discharged by itself. The appearance of the device is shown in the figure below.
Features: The operating parts of the equipment are only 1.5 or 2.2kW motor, which consumes less power, is not easy to be damaged, and has good energy-saving effect; it is easy to install and use, and does not need to be fixed by foundation; it has strong adaptability to fluctuations in ore concentration, flow rate and granularity, and is easy to operate. Management; stable performance, small maintenance workload, low maintenance costs and long service life.
Scope of application: The magnetic field screening machine can be widely applied to the selection of magnetite, vanadium- titanium magnetite and roasting magnetite of different types and sizes. Under the condition that the grade of the concentrate is improved, the size of the mesh in the coarse magnetic sieve-magnetic separation process can be put, thereby improving the grinding ability and reducing the energy consumption; and the second and third sections of the original magnetic separator can be generally replaced. Magnetic dewatering tank operation, concentrate concentration of minerals up to 65%~75%, can be directly into the filter, with the effect of improving quality and reducing consumption and simplifying the process.
