China drying wire Reuters China Ordnance Group Petrochemical Industrial Park, Liaoning University, Panjin city government, the provincial Department of Environmental Protection signed a "build a green one hundred billion Panjin Petrochemical Park development environment to optimize strategic cooperation framework agreement" in Panjin City, which is the second Benxi After the construction of Green Steel Capital and Dalian's colorful ecological ports, another major environment-optimized economic growth project in Liaoning Province.

According to the agreement, the four parties will cooperate in the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period to establish the Panjin 100 billion green petrochemical park as the core, and carry out comprehensive cooperation on urban industrial layout, economic and social development, energy conservation and emission reduction, and ecological protection.

This cooperation will carry out research on optimizing economic development strategies for the environment, exploring new industrial park construction models for regional industrial convergence, recycling of raw materials, and environmental friendly enterprises; in combination with the 12th Five-Year Plan of the China North Industries Group's petrochemical industry, it will cost 15 million yuan. The annual tonnage/year refining and chemical integration project will focus on the creation of a “100 billion green petrochemical park” with “clear clean water, good ecology, and high recycling efficiency”, and strengthen the environment-driven development model of energy conservation, emission reduction, structural adjustment, and recycling. Explore new ways to achieve “zero discharge” of wastewater to the sea, high reuse rate of regional reclaimed water, high utilization rate of industrial solid waste, and low resource consumption; combine Panjin’s strategy of breaking through the three major development spaces to fully implement strategies and plans at all levels. Environmental impact assessment, promote the coordinated development of regional economy and ecological environment, and build a resource-saving and environment-friendly coastal new Panjin; combining the construction of Panjin Eco-city, taking the protection of natural coastal wetland ecosystem as the core, and restoring the ecological system of the Shuangtai Estuary Focus on comprehensively improving urban quality and sustainable development capabilities.

Welding Rod

Tubular tungsten carbide welding rods are a type of welding consumable used for hardfacing applications. They are made by filling a tubular steel rod with a mixture of tungsten carbide particles and a binder material.

The tungsten carbide particles provide exceptional hardness and wear resistance, making them suitable for applications where the welded surface needs to withstand high levels of abrasion, erosion, or impact. The binder material helps to hold the tungsten carbide particles together and facilitate the welding process.

Tubular tungsten carbide welding rods are typically used in industries such as mining, construction, oil and gas, and agriculture, where equipment and machinery are subjected to harsh operating conditions. They can be used for hardfacing various components, such as drill bits, crusher hammers, wear plates, and cutting tools.

The welding process for tubular tungsten carbide rods is similar to other types of welding, such as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) or gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW). The rods are typically welded using a high heat source, such as an electric arc, to melt the rod and create a strong bond with the base metal.

Overall, tubular tungsten carbide welding rods are a popular choice for hardfacing applications due to their exceptional hardness and wear resistance properties. They help extend the lifespan of equipment and machinery, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
