The two new products have the same technical innovation as the entire Terex crane family. The new 25- and 55-ton cranes introduced Terex's design, operation and styling, marking a new round of development for the Chinese market. Operators of the new truck crane will experience a user interface and an ergonomic control layout that reflects the consistency of the products with the products of Terex's major global markets.
The Terex 025G and 055G truck cranes are a huge step forward. They are real Terex cranes and have more common features and styling details than previous models. The design of the new truck crane adopts feedback from customers and distributors, which organically combines Sichuan Qianqi's original powerful lifting performance with Terex's latest innovations.
The spacious new cab and operating room greatly improve the operator's comfort and operating efficiency. The design of this cab is based on the design concept of the global Terex All Terrain Crane operating room. Extensive leg and shoulder space, adjustable suspension seats, ergonomically controlled layout, warm air and air conditioning provide the operator with a good operating environment and increased productivity.
The spacious operating room provides a superb view of the lifting points and the left and right sides of the crane. The rated capacity indicator has a graphical display that provides immediate feedback on the weight of the load and warns the operator before the hyperradius and over-configured loads are lifted. The driver can operate the multi-axis joystick right and left, so that it can be efficiently and intuitively manipulated to achieve boom lift, upper frame rotation, boom extension, wire rope lift, and auxiliary winch operations.
The two series of cranes are similar to other Terex crane models and all have the same hydraulic piping and electrical wiring harness design. Harmonic couplings and protective hydraulic lines increase the life of the crane. Additional crimping and plastic tubing protect the wires during operation, increasing the on-site availability of the crane.
The new five-arm design is lighter without sacrificing lifting performance. The two cranes' engines provide the latest emission control technology to meet the National IV emission standards. With a simple swing-out design, the crane's jib can be quickly locked to the operating position by two pins. The maximum travel speeds of the 025G and 055G truck cranes are 75 and 77 km/h, respectively, reducing the time required to reach and evacuate the job site.
About Terex 025G Truck Crane
Designed specifically for China's largest crane market segment, the Terex 025G truck crane uses a new transmission, which increases the top speed by about 4% compared to its predecessor, reducing the time it takes to reach the site. Once on site, its 37% gradeability and 267mm ground clearance allow the crane to drive on rough terrain so it can be suspended from close range. A new type of enhanced braking system greatly improves the braking function and system adjustment.
This five-arm, lightweight design but powerful crane can provide 39.05 meters of full extension and 39.19 meters of maximum lifting height. Its 8.3m sub-arm can be manually installed in place, providing an installation angle of 1 to 30 degrees. When the main and auxiliary booms are fully extended, the maximum lifting height can be extended to 48.4 meters.
The 025G truck crane adopts a single winch or double winch design, and even in the 25-ton crane market with a wide range of needs, it can ensure a variety of complex lifting tasks. With its four hydraulic legs to ensure that it enters its working position, the 025G Telescopic Truck Crane can provide a 25,000 kilogram lifting capacity at a radius of 3.5 meters.

With its 11.1-meter arm length, the Terex 055G truck crane is equipped with a powerful five-section teeming boom with a total reach of 42 meters and a maximum lift of 42.14 meters. Its jib design can be extended to a maximum lifting height of 56.6 meters. The boom can be manually installed and provided with 5, 15 and 30 degree mounting angles. Offering a lifting capacity of 55,000 kg at a radius of 3 meters and a maximum working radius of 32 meters, this Terex crane can efficiently handle a wide range of lifting tasks.
The 055G Telescopic Crane Truck Crane's powerful 247-kilowatt diesel engine complies with the National IV emission standard and has a cold start function of minus 30 degrees.
