    According to the shipowner's initial requirements, the N686 deck unit needs to be connected in series, requiring a construction area of ​​up to 220 meters and a width of about 20 meters. However, for ease of construction, the wheel deck unit is placed in an open space on the side of the 3# dock. The production tasks in this area are heavy and the cross-operations are more common. The venue resources are relatively tight. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction, the node is guaranteed, before the start of construction, the equipment (purchasing and supply of the product warehouse) is communicated and coordinated with the manufacturing department and the technical center, and the analysis and demonstration are carried out to make the production of relatively independent pieces to ensure the existing conditions.     Teamwork, tooling improvement
    Shipbuilding has a high degree of dependence on gantry cranes (purchasing and supply of product warehouses) and car cranes. Gantry cranes are usually used for hoisting of sub-groups. The transfer and lifting of single pipes use large-tonnage gantry cranes, which are not in line with economic principles, and the car hoists are also very scarce. Pipe lifting and transfer were subject to lifting resources, and the production process was once blocked. The wheel deck unit is divided into 10 pieces with a large span, length and width of 26mx15m, overhead of 5.5 meters, and maximum single weight of 45T. The outbuilding area is working hard to solve the lifting problem. Encourage incentives to reward good ideas and more viable options. Multi-purpose tooling, such as multi-purpose gantry transport trolleys developed in the work area, is used for the transfer and lifting of single pipes, which alleviates the constraints on the production of hoisting and speeds up construction. The gantry transport trolley tooling also won the KPS award from COSCO Shipyard and won the honor for the company.

    The improvement of construction schemes, material allocation, and communication between shipowners and ship inspections are all inseparable from departmental cooperation. The technical center, material department, quality department and other departments have cooperated with each other and production has been steadily advanced. At the final inspection stage of the deck unit, the shipowner proposed that the coating should be repaired due to welding (purchasing and supply of product warehouses) and other related areas, and the relevant work areas strongly supported and actively implemented. The construction personnel tried their best to eliminate the adverse effects of the weather and other uninterrupted construction, and the unit products were smoothly advanced.
