The “ABC” process has the following characteristics:
1) The self-grinding machine can open its doors and fully utilize its production capacity.
2) Crush the hard-to-grind particles with a fine crusher to avoid the use of high-quality steel balls and liners required for semi-self-grinding.
3) After the finely crushed product is stored in the mine bin, it can enter the ball mill , and the ball mill can be adjusted to make the whole system production capacity stable.
4) The largest domestic ф7500×2800mm self-grinding machine and ф3600×6000mm ball mill were selected. 350/300mm (14/12in) Walman pump was introduced and equipped with hydraulic coupling for speed regulation and 660mm (26in) Crewe. The Boer hydrocyclone is used as a grading equipment for grinding, and the JJF-16 flotation machine is used for roughing and sweeping. The effect is good, especially the 16m3 flotation machine is more prominent.
Since the self-grinding product has a good dissociation degree of useful minerals and the classification efficiency of the cyclone is high, the selection index is higher than the conventional grinding and floating index, as shown in the following table.

Dexing copper ore beneficiation plant has the following characteristics:
