Huang Jiahua: We were a factory built in Yangzhong, Jiangsu, China in 1993. At that time, the company was relatively small and mainly engaged in the work of automobile rollers and parts. In 1998, it came into contact with the construction machinery industry. In 1999, it started to produce and sell seals. Until now, Seals have reached the leading domestic level, we provide a variety of imported excavator cylinder seals, center oil seal, crankshaft front and rear oil seals, and serve the major domestic engineering cylinder factory, to provide users with a variety of piston seals (SPGO, SPGW, SPG Combination seals, piston rod seals (SPNO, IDI, HBY, etc.), various material support rings (phenolic formaldehyde, filled composite PTFE, polyoxymethylene, etc.), V-type combination seals, various O-rings , PTFE block, all kinds of automotive oil seal. HC Network: Just when Huang Zong talked about “general recruiting talents” is very important for the development of enterprises, while the flow of talents in society today is getting faster and faster, what kind of mechanism does your company use to retain those outstanding talents?

Huang Jiahua: First of all, we mobilize the enthusiasm of employees. The wages are linked to the employees' benefits and sales. If more sales are made, the bonuses will be more. Second, if new employees enter the company, the new employee's ideology must be brought into line with the company’s culture as soon as possible. HC Network: The current accessory company is supporting the host, the competition is fierce, and even like the loader industry, playing a cruel price war, how do you view the industry facing this situation?

Huang Jiahua: I personally think that this can only show that many of our domestic engineering machinery plants and main engine plants compete with each other. They are only competing with each other in terms of price, and have not improved their own quality by one step. I think these construction machinery manufacturers Leaders need to spend more effort to improve the quality of their products. In this case, they will not price each other at the same price, and they can improve quality. Only the quality is guaranteed, and the users can rest assured that they can have a bigger market. For example, a company bought a loader. After 15 days of continuous construction or not even 15 days at all, the loader is broken. Although it is cheaper, it will be half of the machinery that is broken, which will seriously affect them. The progress of the project, in the future will others buy your product? In fact, construction machinery manufacturers spend more on the cost, improve product quality can completely reduce this phenomenon.

HC Network: Assuming your company encountered this situation, what kind of response measures will be taken?

Huang Jiahua: First of all, we reduce costs, and then we increase the product's pass rate; this will increase the company's market competition.

HC Network: As your company continues to grow and develop, what plans does your company have in the second half of 2005?

Huang Jiahua: We now have a plan to cooperate with Taiwan DZ Company (Dingji Company) to set up a joint venture company. We specialize in the production of seals and various mechanical seals in China. We want to make the most comprehensive seals in China. , The sale of a series of seal products, other companies do not have, in our company can be found. We also plan to develop new products "floating seals" and sell them to Malaysia and other countries to open foreign markets.
HC Network: According to our understanding, Huang always has a factory that produces all kinds of engineering machinery parts in Yangzhong, Jiangsu Province (Jiangsu Yangzhong Shen Seal Co., Ltd.), and the technical content of seals imported is very high. So what are your future jobs? Is the focus on agent sales of NOK seals, or will the “Huashin” brand go global?

Huang Jiahua: Both take the lead and go hand in hand; whether it is a foreign product or a domestic product, we must treat it equally. We must not overly admire foreign products and say how good the quality is and we can't blindly trust domestic products and say that he is of good quality. How good is it; First of all, products that come in directly from abroad must undergo strict inspection and acceptance. Once problems are discovered, we must provide feedback to suppliers in a timely manner. Products that are not qualified must be returned to the supplier and cannot be imported into our company for sale. The products that go out of our company also have to undergo rigorous acceptance. We must first test the products when they are in the warehouse, and they can only be qualified when they go into storage. Unqualified products will not be stored in the warehouse. Secondly, the factory products must be inspected by our factory professionals. After passing the inspection, the products can be delivered to this side for sale. It is not inconsistent to continue to represent foreign products and continue to produce "Huashin" series products. Only when the two are combined with each other, can they achieve their respective advantages.

HC Network: Whether it is an agent or production, quality assurance and after-sales service are users concerned, can you talk about the situation in these two areas?

Huang Jiahua: So far, we have done a very good job. No customer has ever complained about our products are not good. We have not received any complaints. We all say that our service attitude is good and very satisfactory!

Huang Jiahua: The most important thing is to improve product quality. No matter whether it is a main engine factory or a supporting factory, we must improve product quality. We must “dare to exceed”, like Japan’s rapid development, and relatively early start, and the quality of our products is relatively good. Our country must The quality of our products has been surpassed by our generation. The development in South Korea is not as fast as ours in China.
