Safe site assessment linked to market access

The Ministry of Transport of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region recently launched the "Safety Site" assessment and evaluation work in the entire region's highways, first-class highways, and large-scale water transportation projects. The evaluation is divided into three levels: demonstration, compliance, and non-compliance. The assessment results will be in line with the market. Inbound linkage, linkage with bidding management.

The appraisal and evaluation follow the principle of “graded management and local responsibility”. The Autonomous Region Transport Department is responsible for the guidance of the “safety site” assessment and evaluation of the highway water transport project in the region. Each League City Traffic and Transportation Bureau is responsible for organizing “safety” for the project projects under its jurisdiction. On the basis of the assessment and evaluation work on the site, the Ministry of Transport of the autonomous region will choose to determine the provincial “safety site” nomination demonstration project.

Each League City Transportation Bureau supervises and supervises the non-compliance of construction projects, supervises the implementation of rectification, and reviews the assessment results of the construction contract section and the supervision contract section that do not meet the standard into the company's production safety credit record. During the implementation period of the project, a general production safety responsibility accident occurs during the assessment period, and the construction contract section bearing the responsibility for the accident cannot be rated as a demonstration level; two accidents of production safety responsibility that are generally or jointly greater than or equal to one another shall occur. The construction contract section is directly rated as not up to the standard.

According to the requirements of assessment and evaluation, the construction unit must organize a “safety site” evaluation and assessment for all construction and supervision contract sections every six months.
