Operating procedures
1. Operators are required to obtain an operation certificate after passing the examination, and they must be familiar with the performance, structure, etc. of the machine, and must abide by the safety and shift system.
2. Before the work, the oil should be in strict accordance with the lubrication regulations, and the proper amount of oil should be maintained. The oil flow should be smooth and the oil mark (window) should be visible and clean.
3. Check whether the sealing parts and the oil pipeline and the air pipeline are leaky, whether the hydraulic system works well, whether the oil level of the fuel tank meets the requirements, and whether the safety protection equipment is complete and reliable.
4. During the test run, pay attention to whether each piston stroke and the “top pressureâ€, “pressure keepingâ€, and “exit†operation positions are correct and reliable.
5. When disassembling and assembling the hook slowly, the spreader shall be inspected and lifted to ensure smooth landing and collision avoidance.
6. When the piston has reached its full stroke and cannot meet the requirements during press-fitting, it must be returned to padded pressure, and the full travel of the piston must not be forcibly performed (the cushioned parts must not be made of brittle material).
7. Work should pay attention to whether the operating parts, the pump working conditions, lubrication, temperature rise, etc. are normal. If any problems are found, check the machine immediately.
8. When the press is in operation, the operator must cooperate closely to make a call response.
9. After work, you must inspect and clean the equipment, do routine maintenance work, and place each joystick (switch) in neutral (zero position), pull the power switch to achieve neat, clean, lubricated, and safe.
Routine maintenance
1. Pre-class maintenance
(1) Tighten the bolts of the parts and find that they are missing or loose.
(2) Check whether the oil pool, oil level, and oil level meet the regulations.
(3) Check whether the safety protection device is sound and reliable.
(4) Check that the grounding device is complete.
(5) Lubricate the guide bar and lifting (conveying) device.
2. After-class maintenance
(1) Place each joystick (switch) in the neutral position, cut off the power, and wipe the device.
(2) Organize the workplace.
