Q: What is the MOQ?
A: Bike bags start order from 300 pcs. We have a few stock of some hot sale products. Bike tools start order from 100 pcs/set. Further we have BOY brand bike tools from wholesale which can start order from only 1 piece!
Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We have factories of bike tools and bike bags. Sometimes, we help our customers to do purchase sourcing. If customer buys bike tools and bike bags from us, we will not collect purchasing commission from our customer.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: For samples customizing, 1-2 weeks depends on your specification. For mass order production, around 25 days for bike tools and 45 days for bike bags.. Anyway, we can deliver the goods to you as the time we promised you, never delay!
Q: What are your clients located?
A: Until 2017,we have had 200+ global clients. Including 60+ USA, 70+ European, 20+ Australian, and clients from other countries in the world.
 Q: How can you promise your quality?
ALDI, MONZ, TIGER and many famous customers cooperate with our company for a long-term period. We can also provide different quality product to customer's requirement.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: For sample order, or order amount less than USD1000, 100% payment by Western Union, T/T bank account or Alibaba trade assurance.
For mass production order, 30% in advance by T/T or trade assurance, the balance before delivery.
