Yanan, Shaanxi, an old revolutionary base area, will implement 40 major energy and chemical projects around the three major parks, build oil gas production and transformation bases, and realize transformation and development. This reporter learned from the promotion meeting of the energy industry transformation and upgrading held by the Yanan municipal government in Xi’an on April 4.

According to Gao Fuhua, director of the Yanan Development and Reform Commission, Yanan will increase its resources exploration and development efforts in the next three years. By 2014, crude oil production capacity will reach 20 million tons, crude oil processing capacity will be 15 million tons, secondary processing capacity will be 9 million tons, and construction will be 5,500. Million tons of coal production bases, new natural gas and coalbed methane proved reserves of 300 billion cubic meters, 5 billion cubic meters, the output reached 10 billion cubic meters and 35 million cubic meters, built a 1.3 million tons of natural gas liquefaction project.

At the same time planning and construction of 40 major energy chemicals, fine chemicals and daily chemical projects. Including Yannan Chemical Park, extending the comprehensive utilization of light hydrocarbons in petroleum, comprehensive utilization of Yan'an coal and oil and gas resources, deep coal processing of coal and tar in the coal treatment of Yanshan Coal, and other projects; Yanbei Chemical Industrial Park focuses on the comprehensive utilization of coal, gas, and salt resources, and plans to construct Yanchuan 180 10,000 tons of methanol, 600,000 tons of coal to produce olefins, Yanchuan Salt Chemicals and other projects; Yanan Economic and Technological Development Zone is targeting equipment manufacturing, building materials, pharmaceuticals, new materials, daily chemicals and other industries, to build 200,000 tons of oil displacement agent, Fracturing fluid, 200,000 tons of formaldehyde, 100,000 tons of plastic products and other items. By 2014, Yan'an's methanol production capacity will reach 5 million tons, coke 7.8 million tons, olefin chemical products 2 million tons, and the industrial output value of energy conversion projects will be 75 billion yuan. At the same time, we will accelerate the construction of new energy projects such as photovoltaic, wind, and biomass power generation such as Wuqi, Ansai, Huanglong, and Ganquan.

Yan Hongxian, mayor of Yan'an City, said that at present, the upstream industry of Yan'an energy industry is mature, energy and chemical industry and new energy midstream industry are forming, and the downstream industries of fine chemicals and daily-use chemicals are in urgent need of improvement.

DINP

Compared with DOP, DINP has a larger molecular weight and a longer carbon chain. Correspondingly, under the same conditions, the plasticizing effect of DINP was slightly worse than that of DOP. It is generally believed that DINP is more environmentally friendly than DOP.

DINP, as a main plasticizer, is widely used in various soft PVC products. Such as wire and cable, film, PVC leather, PVC floor leather, toys, shoes, edge banding, sheath, wig, tablecloth, etc. DINP also has a small number of applications in some rubber products and coatings.

DINP is an oily liquid under normal conditions and is insoluble in water. Generally, it is transported by tank trucks, and small batches are transported by iron drums or special plastic drums.

Advantages of DINP plasticizers:

2. Plastics are easier to coat, spray and dip
3. Higher durability, more resistant to outdoor low temperature
4. Compatible with auxiliary plasticizers, thus further reducing costs
5. Low volatility, which helps to reduce volatile in the process and improve working conditions
6. Lower density, lower energy consumption and higher extrusion output than DOP
