3. Three-eccentric multi-level compound seal butterfly valve: It uses the unique cam effect, so that during the valve's 90 ˇtravel the seat is totally disengaged from the disc seal ring without any friction.
   Three-eccentric soft seal butterfly valve: The sealing pair is made of integral PTFE materials, which are suitable for applications with high medium cleanliness, frequent valve on-off and high requirements for sealing pair corrosion resistance. Especially it can ensure that its service life is basically the same as that of the pipe in the thermal system.
   Three-eccentric metal seal butterfly valve: The sealing pair adopts a full metal seal structure. The sealing pair adopts a "hard-contact-hard" structure as shown in figure 1 pneumatic three-eccentric butterfly valve. The seal has a long service life. It is suitable for service conditions where the medium working temperature is extreme, the erosion is severe and there is the occurrence of "crystallization".
4. Strong anti-wear performance: The disc adopts a three-eccentric structure and the sealing face is subject to hard alloy overlaying welding with good anti-wear performance.
5. Valve flow characteristics: Approximate equal percentage. Control and shut-off can be realized.

 The three-eccentric high-performance seal butterfly valve is a new generation seal butterfly valve independently designed and developed by our company after referring to advanced technologies at home and abroad. According to different seal assemblies at the body, the butterfly valve has three types: The first type is to adopt a multi-level compound seal structure. The seal ring is made of soft and hard layered stainless steel sheet and elastic sealing gasket, making it have the advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal. The seat sealing face is subject to integral overlaying welding of temperature and corrosion resistant alloy materials. The contact face of the seal ring and seat of the valve adopts a "cone-in-cone" structure, and the two cones are both bevel cones. The contact angle between the seal ring and metal seat produces light "wedge effect", making the seal ring produce flexible movement and radial compression. Thanks to the even contact between the seat and seal ring, the tightest shut-offcan be realized by using the lowesttorque, featured by high reliability and stability and long sealing face service life. The second type is to adopt a soft seal structure. Its seal structure is similar to that of the multi-level compound seal buttery valve, with the difference that the seal ring is made of integral PTFE materials, which are more suitable for applications with high on-off frequency and high requirements for sealing face corrosion resistance. The third type is to adopt a metal hard seal structure. The sealing pair does not contain any nonmetals. The seat sealing face and the seal ring sealing face are subject to Stellite overlaying welding, ensuring anti-erosion during the use. The sealing pair adopts a "hard-contact-hard" structure. Once the valve is closed, there is no need to adjust through the closing position, and the sealing is very reliable. The valve is widely applied in such industries as petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, oil terminal, metallurgy, electric power, etc.
