Crane Electromagnetic Lifter
Essentially, an Electromagnetic Lifter consists of a coil of wire wound around a soft iron core. From the outside, you see only a heavy cage or steel machined casing. This series of Lifting Magnet differs from previous models in that it adopts two closely spaced coils of wire wrapped around their common iron core. These two coils are electrically isolated from each other, with the first coil used to produce the magnetizing force necessary for lifting goods. The current through the first coil might be interrupted, as it happens when the crane is electrical arc that damage the device. That is when the secondary coil comes to rescue by absorbing the strong magnetic energy.Advantages

The primary coil or current-carrying coil has been sent through special treatment, which improves the electrical and mechanical performance of the coil. A temperature rating of Class C can be achieved for its insulation material. This ensures a long use of life of the coil.
