2 repair
a. Check that the lever, fulcrum, balance bar, center shaft and counterweight should rotate freely;
b. Inspection, treatment, lubrication of the central shaft seal material;
c. Adjustment of liquid level, float ball, angular displacement sensor and range confirmation to adjust the original position of the four-bar linkage mechanism;
d. The diagonal displacement sensor is repaired with obvious failure, and the fixing screws are adjusted and the position is adjusted.
e. Lower limit (ie zero point) debugging: When the float is in the low position (ie zero point), adjust the lower limit knob to make the output 4mA, the head pointer is indicated at 0% position;
f. Upper limit (ie full scale) debugging: Press the balance bar to move the float to the high position (ie fullness), adjust the upper limit knob to make the output 20mA, and the meter pointer points to the 100% position.
3. Overhaul
a. Remove the electric transmitter section, check the repair and replace the circuit board inside the transmitter;
b. inspection of the float ball components in the container, including floats, levers, fulcrums, balance bars, central shafts, counterweights, sealed chambers, rotating bearings, etc.;
c. Disassemble, disassemble parts, clean, wipe, and derust the float level gauge;

4 overhaul procedures
During maintenance, before the float level gauge is taken offline, the process shop should confirm that there is no medium in the container and replace the isolation, reduce the temperature and reduce the pressure, and use internal components such as float balls and clubs with contact medium before disintegration or The steam cleans the process medium impregnated parts, handles the safety inspection ticket and formulates the maintenance plan, and can be repaired offline after confirmation by the relevant personnel of the production equipment;

Marking: In order to ensure that the float level gauge can be correctly reset after offline maintenance, the marking procedure should be emphasized. The method can be drawn with paint of different colors with the float level gauge, and should be clearly marked;
The connection of the flange of the magnetic float level gauge to the container flange should pay attention to the correct placement of the gasket.
4.1 Disintegration
a. Spray loosening agent on each connecting component to save labor and save time;
b. The flange of the float level gauge is connected to the flange of the container to release the pressure relief and separate it from the pressure vessel;
c. At the same time, the float ball level gauge mechanism component is completely decomposed, and the wearing parts such as the float ball, the lever, the fulcrum, the balance bar, the central shaft, the sealing cavity and the rotating bearing are inspected;
d. Parts of each float level gauge should be stored in a concentrated manner to prevent loss or bruise.
4.2 inspection
a. Rusted or dirty parts should be rusted and cleaned by suitable means. Pay attention to clean the central shaft, seal cavity and rotating bearing, especially protect the float ball, lever, fulcrum, central shaft and sealing cavity. , rotating bearings;
b. Check that the float, lever and fulcrum are susceptible to corrosion by the medium;
c. The internal components of the float level gauge: the seal of the central shaft and the seal chamber and the rotating bearing are susceptible to wear inspection; also pay attention to check that the lever, fulcrum, balance bar and four-link connection of the float level gauge are not loose. The float rod must not be bent.
4.3 overhaul
a. The float level gauge should generally be synchronized with the maintenance of the production unit;
b. For each inspection, new sealing packing and flange gasket must be replaced;
c. The main shaft seal packing chamber should be cleaned, the inner wall cleaned up, the packing gland and pressure plate should be removed of rust, the surface should be clean, and the gap between the inner hole and the main shaft of the gland should meet the requirements;
d. Enter the container to check the connection between the float and the lever, the lever and the central axis;
