Nanjing Customs seized 35,000 infringing bearings

On October 31, the Customs and Excise Department of Nanjing Customs discovered that 35,000 bearings declared by a company in Shandong were infringing intellectual property rights. On November 11th, the company’s trademark owner Koteigert Japan Co., Ltd. acknowledged that this batch of bearings infringed on the company's trademark right reserved for the General Administration of Customs. At present, the customs has detained infringing bearings according to law.
