According to Yang Kaisheng, last year, ICBC’s loans in these 7 industries accounted for a few percentage points of the total loan amount. In the next three years, the proportion of ICBC’s total loans to industries with excess capacity in total loans will further decline.
According to Yang Kaisheng, the banking industry is currently building a green credit project. Credit customers who meet the requirements of the national environmental protection standards are marked with “green environmental protection†and give priority to loans. At present, 99% of ICBC's loan customers have a green mark, and 1% of customers are waiting for the approval of environmental protection departments at all levels.
