Process:
- Put the original board on the workbench of the loading station in preset order manually;
- The board is moved by workbench to the board loading position;
- Automatically pick up the board and move the board to the Transmission part;
- The board is sent in the Heating Station on time;
- The heated plate is shifted to the Vacuum Forming Station;
- The cylinder pushes the medium mold holder downward and presses the board;
- Blow the air to the board;
- The forming die moves upward to the right position;
- The board is vacuumed and sucked to the forming die;
- The upper mold holder moves down to the right position and presses the board;
- The cooling device cools down the formed piece;
- Demoulding;
- The upper mold holder is up;
- The forming die goes down;
- The medium mold holder moves upward;
- The formed piece is positioned to the unloading station;
- Unload the piece;
- Take the piece out in manual.
