2, LED insulation problem Here, the insulation refers to the heat sink substrate for the LED's positive and negative poles. Until now, the fundamental problem has not been solved, but only to take compensation measures, such as using aluminum substrate to handle insulation, may be incomprehensible . A single LED is not insulated, and the effect is not large. There are problems when multiple series are connected. 3. The problem of LED anti-pulse problem is still controversial with the manufacturer. It does exist in my practical application. The main reaction is on the cold pulse, that is, the moment of power-on. A few LEDs break or break at the moment of cold power-on.
4, the problem of LED illumination angle Because the LED lens package of each manufacturer is not the same, even the same illumination angle (nominal angle), the effect is not the same, making the selection of the concentrator difficult to add, still can not be universal.
5, LED potential blinding hidden danger LED lighting point is too concentrated so that the central point brightness is super strong, so it is easy to hurt people's eyes, although some lighting manufacturers in this regard, but due to the lag of regulations, can only be The problem for people.
6, LED fever problem In theory, LED is not very hot, but due to the current immature technology, LED fever is well known.
7. LED efficiency is low (luminosity) At present, the LED's power conversion efficiency is too low. 8. The LED brightness is insufficient and the brightness is insufficient. Therefore, the LED can only act as a supporting role in the lighting industry, mainly for decoration.
