TSE-65  Parallel twin screw plastic extruder is suitable for various plastic compounding and masterbatch

Filling masterbatch:PE/PP/EVA, etc + CaCO3 ,Talc , TiO2 , Carbon black ,etc

Special compouds:EVA heat-melting glue, polyurethane,fluorin rubber,fluorine plastics,PP cigarette filterial and TPR Sole materials;

Mixing Compounds:PE/PP/PS+SBS;PA+EPDM;PP+NBR;EVA+Silicon rubber,etc;PE/PA/PC/CEP+ABS;PBT+PET;PP+PE;PE+PE ,etc;

• The screw is made of high tool steel 38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2.Special screw combination

• Euro-style rectangle barrl, reflux refrigeration channel is optimized and disposed,which makes temperature difference in D areas smaller.
• Innovated design of heater tightened style insures high efficiency of heat transfer and high longevity of heater.
• The material  is used high quality nitrided steel ,corrosion proof or antifriction with correspounding processed

Solder Ring Copper Fittings

To obtain perfect joins, inside of the solder ring copper fitting and the outside of the copper pipe are cleaned using coarse steel wool, flux paste is applied, the pipe is then inserted into the fitting and heat applied from a portable propane torch until a ring of solder shows at the edges of the fitting.
