SF type, BF type flotation machine and SF type - JJF type flotation machine combined unit

The SF flotation machine was successfully developed by the North Mining Institute in 1986. Initially, the SF type and the JJF type flotation machine form a combined unit. The SF flotation machine is used as the first tank of each operation, which acts as a self-priming slurry so that it can be returned to the middle mine without a ladder configuration and without a foam pump. The JJF flotation machine is used as the DC tank of the first tank to obtain high selection. Indicators, thereby playing their respective advantages. (1) Structure and working principle. The structure of the SF type flotation machine is shown in Fig. 1. It is mainly composed of a tank body, a spindle component equipped with an impeller, a motor, a scraper and a transmission thereof, and a diversion tube and a false bottom are provided with a volume larger than 10 m 3 .
When the SF flotation machine is in operation, the motor drives the main shaft through the V belt to rotate the lower impeller. The main feature of this flotation machine is shown on the impeller. The impeller has a back-tilted double-sided blade to achieve double circulation of slurry in the tank. When the impeller rotates, the slurry in the upper and lower impeller chambers generates centrifugal force under the action of the upper and lower blades (ie, the main and auxiliary blades) and is twisted to the periphery, so that a negative pressure zone is formed in the upper and lower impeller chambers. At the same time, the slurry in the upper part of the cover plate is sucked into the upper impeller cavity through the circulation hole on the cover plate to form a slurry circulation. The slurry extracted from the lower impeller chamber is larger than the three-phase mixture extracted from the upper blade, so the centrifugal force is large, the movement speed is slowed down, and an additional driving force is generated for the three-phase mixture of the upper blade. The centrifugal force is increased, thereby increasing the degree of vacuum in the upper impeller chamber and assisting the suction. When the lower blade pulls out the slurry around, the lower slurry is replenished to the center, thus forming a lower circulation of the slurry. The air is sucked into the upper impeller chamber through the suction pipe and the central cylinder, and is mixed with the sucked slurry to form a large number of fine bubbles, which are uniformly dispersed in the groove through the cover plate to form mineralized bubbles. The mineralized bubbles float up to the foam layer and are scraped off by the scraper to form a foam product.
(2) Main features. 1 large inspiratory capacity, low energy consumption; 2 self-priming air, self-priming slurry capacity, horizontal configuration, no need for foam pump; 3 low impeller circumferential speed, long service life of wear parts, gap between impeller and cover plate Larger, the impeller and the cover plate increase the gap due to wear and have less influence on the inspiratory volume; the slurry in the 4 trough is subjected to the upper and lower double cycles in a fixed flow mode, which is beneficial to the suspension of the coarse-grained mineral.

According to the process requirements, the working unit can be configured according to actual needs. The 4-type flotation machine has a maximum of 8 slots per group, the 8-type and 10-type flotation machines each have a maximum of 6 slots, and the 20-type flotation machine has a maximum of 5 slots per group. .

6. North Mine Institute The BF flotation machine is an improved version of the SF flotation machine from the North Mine Institute (Fig. 6).
