Voice Engine Compartment Emulator was born

PC Maritime, a British maritime software development company, recently unveiled a new product in Plymouth, and the world's first aircraft cabin simulator with voice function was officially born. The emulator VER4.5 was deliberately added to the synthesized speech system during design, and it can talk to the user under the control of artificial intelligence, and the voice guides the user to operate.

The VER 4.5 follows the Crew Training, Certification and Duty Standards Convention (STWC) and the International Safety Management Code (ISM) for engine room training. It simulates all the operating and alarm devices in the engine room, exactly the same as the real situation. The simulator also records the errors made by the trainer during the operation and uses the built-in test system to verify the trainer's ability to work.

The VER 4.5 offers three options to meet different training needs, one that only provides software that can be run on a personal computer with two monitors or connected to the network; or a more realistic scene with a simulation Console or simulation engine room.
