Hengyang Salt and Halogen Chemicals Establishes Strategic Alliance for Production, Learning and Research

At the 2010 Hunan Hengyang Production, Teaching and Research Information Publication Fair, 4 universities, 1 research institute and 8 companies including the Hunan Jiaogong Institute signed the strategic alliance agreement for Hengyang City Salt and Halogen Chemical Production and Research, which marks Hengyang.
